By accessing, browsing, or otherwise interacting with this website (the “Platform”), you (the “Guest”) acknowledge, represent, and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following provisions, conditions, clauses, subsections, and stipulations (collectively, the “Terms”), each of which shall remain in full force and effect through and including the date of the Merz/Conroy 2025 conference (the “Event”), and potentially beyond, depending on interpretive guidance from relevant ecclesiastical or hospitality authorities.

  1. Attendance & Participation
    Attendance at the Event is strictly conditioned upon (a) timely and accurate RSVP submission, (b) adherence to attire guidance as communicated via this Platform, (c) compliance with local, state, and federal behavioral standards, and (d) non-engagement in activities reasonably deemed disruptive, distracting, or otherwise inconsistent with the solemnity, festivity, or logistical integrity of the Event. Guests acknowledge that (i) seating assignments are non-negotiable, (ii) selections are final upon submission, and (iii) substitution requests may be processed at the sole discretion of the Parties, subject to vendor availability.

  2. Food & Beverage Disclaimer
    All consumables, including but not limited to hors d’oeuvres, entrées, desserts, cocktails, mocktails, and late-night snack offerings, are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty, express or implied, regarding portion size, spice level, or dietary accommodation. Guests with allergies, sensitivities, or philosophical objections to gluten are encouraged to exercise personal judgment.

  3. Media & Intellectual Property
    By attending, Guests consent irrevocably and perpetually to the capture, storage, reproduction, and distribution of their likeness, image, voice, gestures, or otherwise identifiable features (collectively, “Guest Data”) by authorized or unauthorized parties, whether human or automated, for purposes including but not limited to memory preservation, social media dissemination, or unsolicited holiday card distribution. No royalties shall accrue to Guests, regardless of potential.

  4. Conduct & Etiquette Compliance
    Guests agree to (i) arrive no later than the time designated in official materials, (ii) silence all mobile devices during ceremonial proceedings, and (iii) refrain from unsolicited use of the microphone during speeches. Non-compliance may result in reassignment to Conference Room 3A, relocation to an overflow area.

  5. Forward-Looking Statements
    This Platform may contain statements reflecting current expectations, assumptions, or projections regarding (a) the Parties’ ongoing commitment to one another, (b) the quality of the musical entertainment, and (c) the anticipated duration of the open bar. Such statements are inherently subject to risks, uncertainties, and force majeure events, including unseasonable weather patterns.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    Under no circumstances shall the Parties, their families, agents, contractors, or third-party vendors be liable for anything.

  7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with applicable civil codes. Disputes shall be resolved with a written formal complaint to the Federal Election Commission by Q1 2026.

  8. Bingo Participation
    Guests acknowledge that a portion of the Event itinerary may include structured recreational activity in the form of “bingo” (the “Game”). Participation in the Game is voluntary, non-transferable, and subject to availability of cards, markers, and seating. By electing to participate, Guests (a) agree to abide by all instructions issued verbally or in writing by designated bingo facilitators, (b) waive all claims arising from disputed number calls, ambiguous hand gestures, or premature declarations of “Bingo,” and (c) recognize that prizes, if any, are distributed on an as available basis, without guarantee of cash equivalency, resale value, or suitability for intended purpose.

    The Parties expressly disclaim liability for heightened competitive behaviors. Guests further agree that ties will be resolved in accordance with customary practices, ad hoc rulings, or arbitrary decision-making by the Parties, whose judgment shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal. Guests additionally acknowledge that the entertainer presiding over the Game may, at their sole discretion, employ humor that is mildly inappropriate, questionably tasteful, or otherwise scandalous in nature, and agree not to take personal offense, seek damages, or escalate grievances.

Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and the Guests with respect to the Event.
